The official Charge Pig app has two release methods. Scan the cabinet QR code, or type the 12-digit cabinet ID shown below it. The app then shows the payment and, after a successful rental, points to the battery slot that released.
The app also maps rental and return stations. Charge Pig says the battery can be returned at another participating location, so you do not have to go back to the first cabinet.
The instructions and payment flow are in Korean. Public operator material does not promise that every overseas card or foreign account will work. When your phone is almost dead, testing sign-in and payment combinations at the cabinet is the worst time to learn that.
This is a Korean payment and Korean-language problem, not a rule that foreigners are banned from the battery.
Send the cabinet ID while you are standing there. We check the installation point, live availability, price, and return conditions. After you approve the quote, we enter the cabinet ID in the Korean app and attempt the rental. If the machine releases a battery, we tell you which slot and send confirmation.
The identifier matters because the official app accepts it without scanning the QR code. You do not need to give us a password, SMS code, card number, or continuous location access.
Find a Charge Pig station with an open return slot, insert the battery firmly, and wait for the return to register. Do not leave while the rental still shows as active. Send the return screen if you need us to confirm it.
Station pricing varies, and extra time is settled on return. Charge Pig controls operator charges, equipment faults, and final corrections. Toyoni handles the app-side task and evidence; you remain responsible for physically returning the battery.

Yes. Charge Pig describes the service as returnable at its locations nationwide. Use the app map to find a station with an open return slot, push the battery in firmly, and check that the app records the return.
The operator says prices vary by installation location. The first time unit is charged when you rent, and later time units are settled when you return. Check the exact cabinet price before releasing a battery. Toyoni's service fee is separate.
