Scope

Toyoni helps visitors in Korea with bookings, waitlists, food orders, Korean app blockers, local checkout steps, and other legal requests we confirm as feasible before starting.

Fulfillment

We try to complete confirmed requests, but third-party platforms, merchants, venues, payment processors, inventory, rules, and availability can still block or cancel a request.

Pricing And Refunds

• We quote before execution starts.
• If we do not start execution, the service fee is refundable.
• If execution has started, service fees may be partially or fully retained based on work already completed.
• Merchant fees, deposits, cancellation rules, and pass-through costs follow the third party whenever applicable.

Prohibited Requests

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unsafe activities.
• Identity misuse, account takeover, or policy circumvention.
• Restricted goods or age-restricted requests for underage users.
• Requests that violate platform rules or local law.
